In order to 3d print a model you need to slice it first, One of the most popular packages for doing this is Ulitmaker Cura. You can download it for free from https://ultimaker.com/software/ultimaker-cura/
Once installed...
Click on the folder in the top left corner and open your STL file.
Use the print settings panel in the top right of the screen to adjust any print settings
Click "Slice"
Then Save to Removable to add it to your Micro SD card
